What is a Residential Service Call?

So what is a Service Call?

A Service Call is when our technician shows up for a scheduled appointment within the designated time frame at your home or office, this action constitutes a Service Call.

Our Residential Service Call will include the following.

Arrival at your home in the agreed upon time frame. Our technician will spend the appropriate time necessary to evaluate your situation and present you a written recommendation to solve your technology issue.

There will be no hourly labor charges incurred during the evaluation process.

At this time you can choose to either proceed or decline the recommended service.

If you decide to accept, the time will be noted and the technician will proceed working under the posted labor rates. The first 20 minutes will be deducted from the total as this time is covered by the Service Call Fee.

Should you decline the recommended service you will only be responsible for the Service call fee.
